My Lowest Online Price Match Guarantee does have a few limitations:
- You must complete your purchase from TTSRR.org before requesting your Lowest Online Price Match Guarantee!!!
- The competitor must be an authorized retailer of the product in question.
- The competitor must not be the manufacturer, or a distributor, supplier, or wholesaler of the product.
- The competitor must have available stock of the product for sale on their website.
- The competitor must be an online store only; they may not have a “brick and mortar” retail location.
- The competitor’s website can not be a discounter or auction website (ie; eBay, Overstock, etc.), or a 3rd party seller or other shopping mall (Amazon, etc.).
- The competitor’s price may not include any promotion, coupon code, rebate, “buy one, get one free”, etc.; and may not be a clearance, liquidation, or sale price.
- The Lowest Online Price Match Guarantee includes the item price, but excludes sales tax and any shipping charges.
You will receive a purchase order confirmation e-mail soon after you make your purchase. Save this email to make correspondence concerning this particular order easier; if you need to contact us, just reply via it.
Your receipt of your purchase order confirmation e-mail means we have received your order, but have not yet accepted payment. We will first check our inventory to make sure what you have ordered is in stock and available for immediate shipment (usually within 5 business days). Only then will we accept your payment. Otherwise, we will contact you via email with an estimated stock arrival time and if you choose not to wait we will void the order and refund your money.
Your order will most likely ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. You will receive tracking information usually within 48 of your order. In the unlikely event you don’t receive tracking information from us within 6 business days of your order, please contact us via your purchase order confirmation e-mail.
All orders canceled within 24 hours of placing the order will be honored with no administrator’s cancellation fee. If you choose to cancel your order after 24 hours, and your order has not yet been shipped, your order will be cancelled, but because the process of delivery is already underway, you will be charged a $25 administrator’s cancellation fee. If your order has already been shipped, your order cannot be cancelled and you must go through the Refunds process below.
There are 2 ways you can cancel your order:
Online – log in to your account and click “Cancel My Order.” You can create an account anytime.
Email – Reply via your purchase order confirmation email, stating your desire to cancel your order.
Please inspect your packaging when it arrives. If you notice any damage, make note of it after signing for delivery. Contact us via your purchase order confirmation e-mail with any concerns you have about damaged packages.
If anything you ordered arrives damaged, please send photos as attachments to your purchase order confirmation e-mail. We will (1) immediately replace the damaged item, or (2) file a warranty claim on your behalf with the manufacturer, or (3) ask you to contact the manufacturer directly.
Refunds will be given on items returned within 7 days since your purchase delivery; but only if your order is unused and unopened in its original packaging. We do not give refunds on open packages.
To initiate a refund, we require your purchase order confirmation email that we sent you when you placed your order, so as stated previously, save that email. Please reply via your purchase order confirmation email. Await additional instructions for up to 3 business days after your reply via your purchase order confirmation email. Do not automatically send your purchase back to us or we will not accept it; contact us first.
Please note that we will not pay for shipping should you choose to return any item purchased from us. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling. Additionally, a restocking fee of up to 50% may apply.
